Field App Version Support Period

Policy on how long FlyFreely Field App versions will be supported

In order to maintain security and improve functionality, the following policy is in place to govern how long any given release if supported. As well, how long each platform will be supported.

Support Lifecycle

Each Field App version will be supported to work with the FlyFreely system for a period of 12 months from its release date.

Post-Support Period

After the 12-month support period, the app version may experience reduced functionality or cease to operate correctly due to potential incompatibility with updated backend systems.

User Notification

We will endeavour to notify any customers detected using an old version of the Field App prior to the cutoff.
