FlightReader Flight Log Collection (DJI)

Switch to this new flight log collection method for compatibility with DJI Fly log files.

Introduction

Customers using DJI Fly may have been experiencing issues collecting log files via their DJI cloud account. To resolve this issue and maintain a fully automated flight log collection service to these customers, FlyFreely have engaged a 3rd party processor - Flight Reader.

Flight logs processed via FlightReader will behave in exactly the same way as 'regular' DJI cloud-synced logs, so once the below configuration steps have been completed, no further action is required.

Configuring Cloud Accounts for FlightReader log capture

In order to start using FlightReader to collect your DJI Fly log files, please follow these steps:

1. Read FlightReader's terms and privacy policy.
2. Log in to FlyFreely and navigate to Missions > Flight Logs > Setup Cloud Flight Log Sync
3. Against each DJI account, you will see a new icon labelled 'Convert to Flight Reader DJI Source'. Click this icon and accept the terms.

Your account will now appear in the lower DJI (DJI Fly) section. No further action is required and your flight logs should begin to sync using the new system

If you wish to change your cloud sync back to the standard DJI option in the future, you can do so using the same button as shown above.
