Mission Exports

Extract mission data from FlyFreely in a report-friendly CSV format.

Customers may need to export data on flight activities in order to generate external reports or for other analysis. FlyFreely supports this via Mission Exports, which is found under the Missions tab, in the sidebar.

Filter Reports By Authority

This drop-down selector allows you to filter your reports to only include missions attached to specific authorities. For example, You might export only ReOC missions, or EVLOS missions etc. Both primary and secondary authorities can be used to filter results.

Types of Mission Export

The Mission Exports window provides the following report options:

• Mission Reports: Presents data at the mission level (each row = 1 mission)
• Mission Form Reports: Generates a report of individual form responses for a given form type - mission-based (JSA, pre-mission checks etc) or flight based (pre/post flight checks etc). This can help to identify trends in pilot form responses.
• Flight Reports: Similar to the mission report except that data is presented at the individual flight level (each row = 1 flight).
